Ugh, and I'm back. After taking a little break from conventions and trying to get my business life in order, I'm back on the comic train. As an update, I have been working on my own book called Pale. I'm trying a few new techniques for that book, hopefully it will keep to the overall theme/concept that I have for that comic. If everything works out correctly, I'll be unvealing that beast at C2E2. The convention season this year went very well for me. There were a few hiccups with one hotel in particular, and my prints being ruin from a flood at the print shops. Upcoming conventions for 2013 that I am hoping to be at will be the following.

Soon, it's going to be yet another regular day. Birds will sing...cats will meow...dogs will bark...geese will honk and steal peoples stuff.
A typical, simple, regular day.
However, there is a small, tiny, exception. The exception is for you, for that is the time when lightning was thrown from above by Zeus to herald your appearance. Cast in the molten fires of Mount Olympus, and granted with a great creative power, you have been released upon the world to conquer it in whatever manner you see fit! For it has been foretold by those who can see the future that you are great and true, and that it is your time to shout your joy to the heavens, and revel in the knowledge that on that day, it is written for you to have a Happy Birthday, with many more to come to increase your power and complete your creative conquest!
Also there's hand made cake and ice cream from down the street. Those folks make some mighty fine cake indeed. Yum!

An entry of mystery, and portent, as the great powers came down upon the Earth, and, in accordance with the wishes of the mighty King Kong, granted the world a boon. That boon was you. History records that, just days from now, a tremendous upheaval took place as the ground cracked and broke apart, tornadoes spun counter to their nature, and even Godzilla bowed as you appeared upon the Earth to grace us with your art.
